Hiring Unit:
School of Physical and Occupational Therapy


Position Summary:


Under the direction of the project leader of the BRILLIANT project, the research assistant is responsible for collecting data, recruiting patients, interviewing patients and coding interviews.

Additional responsibilities may include shadowing the clinical team and documenting the current and future/desired clinical workflows and patient journey.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in a healthcare field.
  • Familiarity with the rehabilitation trajectory of care is an asset.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools is considered an asset
  • Detailoriented and selfmotivated
  • Fluent in both English and French (speaking and writing)
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and planning skills
  • Fosters a cooperative team environment

Knowledge of French and English:

McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.

The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 3 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
