Pedagogical Coordinator - Canada - LCI Education
Description
Collaborate with LCI Education's information technology team and teaching teams in assessing needs and implementing educational technologies;- Coordinate resources, pedagogical or pedagomeric projects, activities, or teacher training programs;
- Support groups of teachers or program teams in the implementation of pedagogical and pedagomeric projects;
- Contribute to the resolution of pedagogical and pedagomeric problems;
- Guide teaching staff in their professional development;
- Offer or promote pedagogical development to teaching staff;
- Contribute to or develop and update pedagogical materials, institutional documents, learning assessment tools, and pedagogical templates;
- Support program managers in the selection process of new teachers;
- Contribute to the development, implementation, evaluation, updating, harmonization, and development of study programs;
- Participate in verifying the implementation of pedagogical policies and guidelines;
- Analyze the compliance of course plans, activity calendars, and assessments;
- Support various stakeholders in implementing activities that promote student success;
- Collaborate with all College personnel to ensure quality service to students;
- Any other tasks related to the position. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education
- University degree in education, pedagogy, educational technology, or related field (undergraduate or graduate);
- 23 years of experience in training, teaching, or similar roles;
- Knowledge of the higher education environment;
- Proficient in French and English, both oral and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Able to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously;
- Good communication skills;
- Good facilitation skills for meetings;
- Open to change;
- Willingness to develop or acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities;

- Ability to interpret data (student success data and program quality data);
