    As a sales representative, you will be in charge of promoting sales for the Resisto division within your assigned territory. Your duties will involve reaching out to potential clients, educating and retaining existing customers. It is crucial for you to achieve the sales and profit targets outlined by your supervisor.

    • Cultivate and nurture positive business relationships with the current customer base. Introduce both new and existing products to clients within your allocated region
    • Pioneer into new markets and clientele to ensure sustainable growth for Resisto
    • Devise a strategic business plan to exceed sales objectives and budgets (broken down by product category) set by the Resisto management team
    • Be attentive to the needs of current and prospective clients to pinpoint fresh opportunities in the market
    • Create a structured plan for establishing enduring relationships with distributors, dealers, and contractors
    • Conduct product knowledge sessions for dealers, distributors, and contractors, including hands-on training
    • Regularly evaluate competitors to gain insights into their business strategies. Maintain a database of competitor products and market prices
    • Participate in annual trade shows, contractor events, and internal meetings. This may involve occasional evening and weekend commitments
    • Handle promotions, product launches, technical details, market trends, and price adjustments to keep clients well-informed
    • Arrange and maintain product displays in customers' stores in accordance with company standards (Merchandising). Some heavy lifting may be necessary
    • Offer consistent technical support to clients
    • Follow a set call cycle involving both day and overnight travel to maintain client relationships
    • Complete routine reports (sales activities report, expense accounts, or other documents as requested by the manager) while utilizing a CRM system on a daily basis
    • Receive comprehensive training from Resisto/Soprema, with a focus on continuous self-improvement

    Educational Background:

    • Preferably tertiary education

    Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
    • Familiarity with the construction industry
    • Previous experience in roofing, waterproofing, residential construction, or sales of building materials

    Competencies and Qualities:

    • Must possess self-motivation and strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in using computers
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Demonstrate persistence, ambition, and a robust drive for excellence

    Job Conditions:

    • Full-time, permanent position
    • Travel within the assigned territory by vehicle, occasional overnight travels may be required

    Physical Demands:

    • May involve lifting heavy products
