We are currently recruiting for the role of:
What you will do...

You will create new business opportunities using developed networks and build a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals.

You will service a portfolio of Auto, Home, Commercial and Farm insurance business requiring a proven underwriting ability and a dedication to customer service perfection.

You will provide the best possible protection for policyholders by advising them to make informed choices and answering product questions.

What you will bring...

5 years of property & casualty underwriting or Broker
Ability to analyze auto and home customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions.
Very strong communication, sales and customer service skills
Initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure
OTL Agent License or RIBO Broker License an asset or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (assistance provided)
Familiarity with PowerBroker or other Industry Management systems is an asset.
