- Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including application review, interviews, and enrollment decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students from diverse backgrounds
- Coordinate open houses, campus tours, and other events to showcase the school to prospective families
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school and increase community engagement
- Serve as a liaison between the school and prospective families, answering inquiries and providing information about the school's programs and offerings
- Collect and analyze data related to admissions and community engagement activities to inform decisionmaking and improve outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or community engagement preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for education and community engagement
