Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, & performing quality checks on Flexographic Printing Press. The Machine Operator must perform work safely, according to quality, and schedule requirements.


Job Duties:

  • Review all job orders and report any discrepancies that you could affect job quality
  • Ensure ink, printing plates, and rolls are all in check prior to starting the job.
  • Set up press according to job orders in set time on production sheets
  • Loading and Unloading Rolls
  • Make adjustments during the run to ensure registration and ink colors match samples provided with the production sheet.
  • Perform simple press maintenance/repairs as needed
  • Operating Press at standard production speed
  • Cleaning Printing Press
  • Recording Production Data
  • Keep working clean at all times

Qualifications:

  • English Communication
  • Verbal & Written
  • Previous Experience working with machinery (preferred)
  • Cooperative Attitude
  • Previous Experience working in a industrial manufacturing environment
  • 12 Hour Rotating Morning/Night Shifts, 4 days on/ 3 days off _
  • Night Shift Premium Pay_

Salary:
$18.00-$22.50 per hour
