We are currently looking for a
Change Management Specialist to join our Change Management team in a Permanent position.

Reporting to the Manager, Organization Change Management, you will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption.

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.


As Change Management Specialist you will:

  • Lead change on projects that impact employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and operational plans.
  • Develop change management process and tools, execute on the Change Strategy and support adoption of the changes required by the project.
  • Develop the design, development, delivery of communications and training activities.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and run impact analysis and assess change readiness.
  • Manage project stakeholders including mapping and monitoring engagement, identify and anticipate resistance and coordinate stakeholder efforts with other change functions i.e. training and communications to ensure; there's alignment among the broader project team and business.
  • Execute change management activities based on project plan.
  • Execute and analyze change readiness surveys.
  • Provide ongoing communications and status updates on your change management deliverables.


You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.


What skills will make you successful?
You recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

  • Experience with Business Analysis and/ or Business Process Design and Modeling.
  • Above average excel experience and confidence with metrics is required.
  • Experience working on a project as well as experience in training design and delivery is preferred.
  • Must possess strong facilitation skills and experience leading group discussions.
  • Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and empathy, with the ability to quickly develop and maintain working relationships and work in a team environment.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is mandatory.
  • Strong commitment to deliver quality results and have an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills in an environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • You are proactive, resourceful and a quick learner who thrives on fastpaced challenge and change.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office and SharePoint.
