- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for plant managers, outlining project status, key findings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Prior experience mentoring junior engineers or leading teams is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in process engineering.
