Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
