• Manage and execute construction projects to include planning labour and equipment requirements
• Manage material deliveries and timing to ensure projects are completed in the scheduled timeline
• Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the start of a project
• Supervise the daytoday activities of a crew of 2 to 6 employees
• Delegate tasks to appropriate crew members to assist in the completion of projects
• Make sure all new employees have had onsite orientations to include any training needed, health and safety and all Company procedures
• Be able to operate various tools and equipment
• Being able to perform daily/weekly inspections on tools and equipment
• Read structural drawings and blueprints
• Complete all required paperwork on a daily basis which includes LMN timesheets for crew members, receipts and time and material billing summaries
• Maintain and enforce cleanliness and organization in trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsite and shop/yard
• Make sure all job duties are carried out in a safe and efficient manner

• A positive attitude
• Valid and clean driving license
• Minimum 3 5 years experience in the Landscape Construction industry
• Able to operate required equipment and tools such as skid steers and excavators
• Effective communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Valid AZ license is an asset
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various projects
