Summary:

Service, Maintenance, cabling and Installation of Systems Sold on site or remotely.
Diagnoses Problems, repair or replace parts and test.
Installation of required cables at customer sites in professional manner.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Customer service and electronic Service background an asset.
Alarm or Telecom experience would be an asset.
Must possess and maintain a class G driver's license.
Must maintain a clean, professional image and be Customer Service minded.
Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems.
Troubleshoot systems, resolve issues for customers and end users.
Relationship building with clients and prospects for future opportunities.
Provide unparalleled customer service excellence for our customers.
Must be organized, detail oriented and team player for a fastpaced work place.

LANGUAGE:
English Speaking and writing is a Required

TECHNICAL:
1 year (preferred)

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
1 year (preferred)

COMPUTER:
1 year required
