Job description
The Operations Manager (OM) will be a passionate leader for the Indigo brand. The OM will ensure a smooth-running operation by ensuring a 24/7 professional parking management service is delivered.

The OM will ensure that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our various clients whilst promoting and sharing best practice across Indigo.


Promoting synergies between departments and directly overseeing and leading the local operations team they will create and enhance client relationships through regular contact and networking.

The OM will ensure agreed levels of profitability are adhered to whilst identifying high potential employees to support the organization's continued growth through performance review and regular appraisal of their senior team.


Please note:

This is a Mobile/Field position which requires a frequent day trip to Hamilton/ Mississauga/ London/ Windsor and Niagara's Indigo Park Locations.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for developing client relationships, business retention and increasing overall profitability
  • Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreements between Indigo and our clients
  • Overall responsibility for projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operations
  • Overseeing the month end process including month end invoicing for all locations as required
  • Oversee and audit monthly deposits from revenue generating locations
  • Financial and operational reports as required; assist with budget preparation, stock audit and control, purchase, and expense approvals
  • Manage Insurance damage claims from A-Z
  • Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of their team
  • Effectively communicate the organization's vision to team members and mobilize employees to develop a culture of operational excellence
  • In collaboration with the human resources department, the OM is responsible for hiring, terminations, and providing progressive discipline when required
  • Additional duties as assigned

What Are We Looking For?

  • 2+ years in a Management or Supervisory role
  • 2+years in an Operational or Sales role
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal, team building and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing and negotiating service contracts
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively within all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
