Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
- Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- Onsite software support
- Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
- Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
- Network device replacement/configuration
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Desktop tech, level 2 troubleshooting, Deployments, Ticket Management, Inventory Management.
- Trouble shooting skills, Time management skills, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills
- 5+ years as DSS level 2 Analyst with COMPTIA+ certification
Salary:
$26.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
