Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed Performs a variety of complicated tasks
  • Onsite software support
  • Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
  • Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
  • Network device replacement/configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Desktop tech, level 2 troubleshooting, Deployments, Ticket Management, Inventory Management.
  • Trouble shooting skills, Time management skills, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills
  • 5+ years as DSS level 2 Analyst with COMPTIA+ certification

Salary:
$26.00 per hour

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
