Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for the supervision and ensuring the proper functioning of passenger service operations and ensuring that they meet Air Transat's high standards and safety requirements.
- Supervise the work teams for passenger services;
- Ensure compliance with Air Transat's airport policies and procedures regarding the treatment of passengers, both in terms of arrivals, checkin, boarding and connecting process.
- Conduct station inspections in accordance with company programs, identify corrective actions and ensure their implementation;
- Provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams
- Manage station delays, emergency events and irregular operations
- Work closely with airport authorities, government agencies
- Assist in resolving customer's problems
- Managing various reports related to passenger services
Qualifications:
- High school leaving diploma or equivalent related to industry
- Speciality: minimum of (5) years pertinent experience in the airline/aviation industry as a passenger agent and/or team leader in the passenger services.
- 2 year's experience in employee management
- Familiar with Transport Canada airline regulations, CBSA and USCBP regulations
- Extensive experience with above and below the wing operations
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.

- Strong focus on customer service in line with company values
- Sense of leadership, diplomacy, and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (both oral and written)
- Flexible and available to work different shifts according to operational needs (day, evening, night, weekend and holiday
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a RAIC card
- Be able to lift 20kg and do extensive walking
- Computer systems: Microsoft Office
