What we're looking for:


We're seeking an experienced, motivated Controller to oversee our entire accounting department, including the management of our subsidiaries' financial operations.

You'll ensure financial reporting accuracy, compliance, and optimization, and play a pivotal role in our company's ongoing success.


What your day to day will look like:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for LDS and subsidiaries
  • Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
  • Implement robust internal financial controls and procedures
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts with precision and foresight
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues
  • Communicate financial results and actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial operations and support company growth
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

You're ready for this opportunity because you have

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation highly preferred
  • 5+ years in a senior accounting role, including experience managing accounting for parent and subsidiary companies
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Compliance of US and Canada experience
  • Experience with Digital Marketing finance data is a huge plus
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
