We are currently seeking an experienced BCBA Program Supervisor to join our team This is a Full-time Employee position.

We are pleased to offer in-home and community-based services across the Greater Toronto Area including Etobicoke, North York, Markham, Thornhill, Toronto, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Richmond Hill.


Reporting to the Program Manager of Clinical Services and as a member of the clinical team, the Program Supervisor will work closely with the utilization of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) as well as provide supervision, management, support and professional development to agency Clinical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Aids in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) activities related to clinical program supervision and training.
  • Recruit and hire clinical staff via the BambooHR Applicant Tracking system
  • Prepare and conduct new client and clinical staff onboarding.
  • Train and evaluate Senior Therapists/ Clinical Supervisors who implement Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) / ABA Programs in both onetoone, group, consultative settings
  • Coordinate and conduct clinical evaluations and performance reviews for Instructor Therapists, Lead Instructor Therapists and Senior Therapists.
  • Assist in supervising the training package delivered to Instructor Therapist and Lead Instructor Therapists.
  • Manage Clinical Staff and conduct disciplinary processes when needed.
  • Prepare clinical materials as well as update the clinical database when onboarding a client.
  • Provide clinical training and supervision to a team of Instructor Therapists and Senior Therapists who implement Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) / ABA Programs in both onetoone, group, consultative settings
  • Assists in development and refining clinical processes
  • Support and provide relief as a backup to clinical staff on an asneeded basis.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning the weekly clinical schedule for clinical staff and clients.
  • Assist with coordination and approval of schedule change requests from clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team and clients to address programrelated issues.
  • Supervise and monitor the quality and consistent delivery of the program.
  • Assist with clinical operations.
  • Plan and organize socials for staff.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with established company standards, policies, procedures, and processes set within the company.
  • Report to the Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager.
  • Assist Program Manager with clinically related tasks.
  • Other clinically related job duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor/ Program Manager

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
  • Minimum of 4years experience working as an Instructor Therapist with special needs children
  • Minimum of 1year experience in clinical and program supervision, assessment and direct service.
  • Minimum of 1year experience supervising and managing clinical operations
  • Excellent management, leadership, clinical, administrative, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and staff.
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Workspace, and related productivity apps.
  • Must have a valid licence to drive in Ontario, access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel across the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Available to work during weekdays, weekends and/or evenings based on clients' needs.
  • Willing to work overtime on evenings and weekends to support staff and operations.
  • Available to provide needsbased services.
  • Recent Police Check (not older than 6 months)
  • First Aid/CPR training
