Description

Requirements:


  • Work as dedicated and On Demand support between 8am to 5pm Monday
  • Friday
  • Travel when requested between to Site Locations (30 minutes)
  • Deskside Technician with 800+ Users with Dedicated and Remote Experience
  • Can support core infrastructure across various hardware platforms for a global enterprise organization.
  • Capable of collaborating with all stakeholders, Analysis and understands common and unique objectives such as defined by Management, Business Units, Stakeholders and Customers.
  • Ability to interacted with Endusers Directly, Document, Track, and Resolve Deskside issues using ServiceNow Ticketing System.
  • Perform Hardware, Software installations, Imaging, Repairs, RCA's and Troubleshooting.
  • Resolve Incidents, Hardware, and Software Tickets.
  • Manage Task, Requests, End user Inquiries and interaction and document in ServiceNow Ticketing System.
  • Windows 10, and other OS types like MAC OS, Android, Apple iOS
  • MS Office 365 products Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Skype For Business, SharePoint.
  • Experience with ServiceNow 6 months to1year
  • Help Desk Operations
  • Application installation Sup
  • Has transportation.

Salary:
$25.00-$31.00 per hour
