In your role, you will:

Be responsible for one or several of the value streams activities related to the S4HANA project: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to stock, Logistics, Quote to Service and Acquire to Retire
Define with the project team and BPOs the future processes for your value streams and ensure the adoption of best inclass business practices
Define the high level and detailed finance requirements for your value streams
Ensure optimal system configuration and proper integration with other finance systems
Coordinate the effort related to data cleanup and conversion, as well as user acceptance testing for your value streams
Develop management reports and ensure proper documentation of business processes and related operational procedures
Ensure adequate master data maintenance procedures
Help develop over time a community of super users (with the identification of training needs)

Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent as well as a CPA designation
You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
You have extensive experience and knowledge in one or several of the value streams
You are known for your innovative thinking and continuous improvement mindset
You have agility to rally people and lead change
You have a strong business sense and a good ability for teamwork
You have strong communication skills
You can take charge and drive complex projects
You develop people and grow talent
