Acuren Wind CA is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support their operations in Goderich, ON._**
Position Details:Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for various logistics tasks to support the operations of our organization.

This includes coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling safety training and coordinating site orientations. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logístical operations and efficient communication.


This position will be based in the Goderich office and will be responsible for remotely supporting the Acuren Wind Canada division.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and book all travel arrangements for employees including flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals, ensuring compliance with company travel policy guidelines and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel details including itineraries, hotel reservations, taxies and car rental confirmations.
  • Schedule and coordinate safety training sessions for employees ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collect and input all training certifications into proprietary software, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Balancing the work demands and customer needs to efficiently plan and schedule technical staff work assignments.
  • Ensuring technical staff possess the skills and expertise needed to perform the available work.
  • Recommending individuals for specific training and development opportunities to improve functional utilization.
  • Set up direct billing accounts with hotels.
  • Additional tasks as requested by operations.

Requirements:


  • Secondary education Office Administration Certificate/Diploma/Degree is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience successfully working within a highvolume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior English competency is required; French competency is considered an asset.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
