What's the role?:
The role of Warehouse Worker is responsible for providing superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, as well as organizational lean objectives.

What does the role involve?:
No matter if you work within our inbound or outbound Warehouse team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.
Some of your duties may include:
Picking customers' orders in the warehouse (Our tools are heavy and require that you can lift up to 50 lbs)
Packing customer orders at our dedicated shipping stations (each station is equipped with a computer) and prepare associated hazmat/Any related documentation for our carriers.
Drive electrical equipment based on your assigned position (Training provided)Participate in daily team meetings
Responsible for the preparation and shipping of all outbound parcels and receipt of inbound product

What you need is:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good math skills
- Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack)
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self
- Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity, and practice innovation
- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
- Flexibility in schedule required
Who should apply?:
We have an excellent mix of people and some of our best account managers joined us with little or no construction experience.
Safety Requirements:
Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, ear protection, and long pants required for occasional tool training
