As part of our investment in our staff enablement, DWCC is looking for a dynamic Training and Development Specialist to help scale the development of our growing global team of Business Development specialists.

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing our existing materials and enablement platforms and refreshing, designing and implementing training and development programs that will enhance the knowledge, skills and performance of our new hires and employees.


This is the perfect opportunity for a Learning and Development specialist, or a Business Development Manager who is looking to transition their coaching and mentoring skills into a new role.


What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years previous experience in training and development and/or business development, sales or related field
  • Experience working within the SaaS industry
  • Experience working with Sales training platforms
  • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM's and tools such as Salesloft and/or Outreach.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, strong ability to work independently
  • Exceptional organisational and presentation skills, attention to details
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, develop and deliver new hire and employees training sessions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact
  • Deliver thorough training and mentoring to new starters and the wider team
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall learning culture within the organisation
  • Provide evaluations and feedback to leqadership as required
  • Support the global team at different levels
