Reporting to the Install Supervisor, the Install Apprentice will assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment.

The HVAC Install Apprentice works under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn the skills and techniques necessary for successful HVAC system installations.

Responsibilities:

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

HVAC Installations

  • Assist with the installation of residential gas furnaces
  • Assist with the installation of residential central air conditioning units
  • Assist with the installation of residential water heating systems

One Call Completion

  • Follow all processes to ensure each installation is completed properly and to code

Customer Solutions

  • Provide customers with relevant home comfort suggestions

Customer Experience

  • Walk throughs with the customer at the beginning and end of each installation appointment
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the duration of each appointment

Safety

  • Actively participate in the company safety program and maintain cooperation to OH&S guidelines
  • Conduct scheduled vehicle inspections

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3year driver's license with clean abstract
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Problem solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Customer/member service oriented
