Here's the job opportunity
As the key day-to-day support contact for the sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales teams across the country.
As the Regional Sales Administrator you will
Sales Support:
- Processing of cheque/electronic fund transfer requests, invoices & purchase orders and entry into Salesforce
- Work with our promotional item vendor for sourcing new items, obtaining quotes, placing orders. Be point of contact for follow up with orders placed in the _ivari _online store
- Creation of continuing education credits
- Assist event planners with organizing/execution of events where necessary. May include road shows, distributor events, national sales meetings etc.
- Enter and edit distributor/advisor contact information into Salesforce
General Office Administrative Duties:
- Be the main point of contact for Facilities/IT/Mailroom, prepare items for shipment, order office supplies, gift cards and business cards
- Take on other administrative duties as required
What we are looking for
- Someone with a postsecondary education or equivalent work experience preferably in an insurance or investment environment
- Someone who demonstrates strong organizational skills, is detailoriented and accurate, has high work standards with a "total quality" mindset
- Superior time management
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities/situations with ease
- Able to manage stress and highpressure situations
- Be a team player
- Always customer service oriented and very personable
- Proficient in Microsoft systems software with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Exposure to Salesforce or other form of CRM would be beneficial
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional and tactful
- Bilingual in French an asset
