    Senior Casualty Underwriter - 9356

    I am working with one of Canada's largest P&C insurance companies that is looking for a Senior Underwriter to focus on complex casualty business.

    Excellent opportunity for someone that enjoys the flexibility of their home office and in the office once a week with some flexibility.

    The role will focus on large commercial casualty accounts.

    This role requires strong broker/client relationships with the ability to identify new business opportunities with both Domestic and International exposures.


    Title :
    Senior Underwriter – Casualty
    Vancouver (Lots of flexibility for remote work)
    Large Commercial and Multinational Business Development and Underwriting
    Complex Risk, Casualty, assessment of opportunities
    University degree or college diploma in Insurance, CIP is preferred.
    ~ Proficient technical knowledge of complex risks in line of business and segments
    ~ Very strong marketing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners.
    ~ Professional attitude, teamwork, strong pipeline management/sales consultation skills
    ~ Developing proficiency in applying highly niche knowledge and expertise of complex risks for large commercial accounts
    ~ Proficient in sales data analytics to generate leads.
