Responsibilities:
- Directs and executes a comprehensive enterprisewide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice in compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implements the auditing governance framework and procedures to achieve longterm auditing objectives.
- Directs projects, teams, and tasks necessary for the development of annual audit plans.
- Collaborates with other enterprise functions, including risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits.
- Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as required.
- Builds auditing teams and expertise through coaching and developmental initiatives.
Management:
- Manages a departmental subfunction within a broader departmental function.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the subfunction.
- Develops budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- May require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification.
- Typically reports to top management.
- Requires 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Possesses deep knowledge of the managed subfunction and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- Fluent in the language of ERP systems; bonus points if you can translate that into a drum solo.

Pay:
$100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
