    Calling all administrative professionals with experience in the financial industry


    We are searching for a meticulous and well-organized Office Services Coordinator to oversee diverse administrative and support functions within our client's office in the financial industry.

    The ideal candidate will orchestrate office services, ensure streamlined operations, and foster a positive work environment for all employees.

    This position requires an entire onsite presence and initially offers 4-month contracts, with the possibility of extension.

    "Minimum one year of working experience in the financial industry and corporate environment is required."

    Advantages

    Responsibilities

    • Handle administrative tasks such as supply ordering, mailroom organization, invoice reconciliation, and support for Ergonomics and Safety programs,
    • Provide daily support for site operations, including reception coverage, visitor services, meeting setups, and break room maintenance,
    • Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external clients,
    • Manage vendor oversight and facilities, coordinating preventive maintenance visits, handling work orders, and maintaining Certificates of Insurance (COI),
    • Support investment professionals, investment assistants, and high profile visitors,
    Qualifications
    -2 years of previous corporate reception/administration experience in financial industry
    - previous experience in a professional corporate environment is a must

    • Strong customer service orientation, with a solid ability to multitask, sound decision making and problem solving skills,
    - strong written and verbal communication, organization, and project management abilities,

    • Initiative and a team oriented mindset are essential,
