Le Réseau de Vie Confort, est le plus grand dispensateur de services de soins de longue durée à but non lucratif de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick avec 18 corporations. Cela comprend 436 lits de soins de longue durée, plus de 400 appartements abordables, un établissement de 40 appartements offrant des appartements abordables et accessible avec des services de préposés sur place et un service de repas roulant qui est accessible aux personnes de la région 1 (entourant le Grand Moncton allant jusqu'à Shediac).

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Relevant du Vice-président des services administratifs et financiers, le Directeur des services financiers accomplit, dans le secteur relevant de ses compétences, toutes les fonctions de gestion : planification, organisation, direction, évaluation et contrôle.
EXIGENCES REQUISES
Pour relever ce défi, vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en administration, finance et/ou en sciences comptables, jumelé à un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 5 ans dans un poste de gestion senior, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé. Une désignation comptable serait un atout.
Vous détenez un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ainsi qu'une désignation comptable ou l'équivalent en expérience et posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience comme gestionnaire dans un environnement de travail syndiqué.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre connaissance pratique dans l'analyse, la conception et l'opération des systèmes. Vous avez une facilité à établir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles. Vous êtes un bon communicateur, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, faites preuve de leadership et avez des aptitudes pour la mobilisation d'équipe.
Vous démontrez une capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéanciers. Vous faites preuve de vision stratégique et avez une excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
