This role is based in our Canadian Headquarters in Mississauga Ontario and has flexibility but a requirement to be predominately in-office.

As a Practice Experience Associate in Vision Care, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal partners to provide exceptional service, supporting and resolving complex inquiries to enhance regional coverage.
  • Identify and escalate specific technical trends and problems to highlight training needs and process gaps.
  • Supports Customer Service and Sales activities by promoting and educating clients about the Alcon portfolio of products, services, and solutions in alignment with internal targets.
  • Additional tasks involve outbound calling on 'nosee' customers, providing valueadded services through consultative sales methodologies and executing specific project initiatives.
  • This role includes analytical research such as Service Level Analysis, Customer Scorecard Analysis, and inventory management.
  • Log calls by utilizing all tools and resources to record information related to target accounts by adhering to company sales policies and guidelines.
  • Education Minimum Secondary School Diploma, Preferred Bachelor's Degree, or Post-Secondary Diploma
  • Sales Savvy: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales is an asset, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
  • Customer Acquisition Expertise: Possess an outgoing personality and the ability to acquire new customers effortlessly.
  • Effective Communicator: Leverage your strong communication skills to engage and influence both current and potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending pertinent products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Techsavvy and can work with different webbased technologies (Salesforce, EDI, ERP and Online ordering).
  • Ability to work independently and in crossfunctional team environment. Exhibits good judgment, understands departmental guidelines, and can effectively communicate to business while still maintaining a spirit of collaboration and partnership with stakeholders.

System Requirements:
Proficient in all MS Office Suite with preferred knowledge of ERP, Salesforce, and EDI. Ability and willingness to learn new computer systems and software.
