In this role, you will support members of your team by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with Bank policies, standards, and procedures.
Your job:
- Warmly welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person
- Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development
- Open and update client files
- Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients meetings
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
- Ensure that all common spaces for the team and for greeting clients feel welcoming and appear professional
- Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients
- Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners
- Carry out various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies)

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest mutual funds brokerage firm in Canada.
We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches.
You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.

Prerequisites:
- High school diploma and 21⁄2 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
- College diploma in administration, an asset
- Experience working in financial services, an asset
- Practical knowledge required of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
- Organizational and priority management skills
