WHAT TO EXPECT:

The Electrical Project Manager will develop and manage various electrical and automation projects.

He/she will be responsible for the complete realization of the projects, from the determination of the needs to their commissioning.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

Take charge, supervise and manage all stages of the projects, from design to commissioning
Act as a technical leader and establish project requirements and costs in committees with the applicants
Coordinate with departments and suppliers during project execution
Optimize automated systems and implement sustainable solutions to recurring problems
Propose innovative solutions at the cutting edge of technology
Design and draw electrical plans using AutoCad Electrical
Carry out programming of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI)
Manipulate and analyze data using SQL
Perform risk analysis, support the health and safety committee in the research and implementation of solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, or any other equivalent accompanied by five (5) years of experience other relevant training
Autonomy and resourcefulness, the person knows how to take charge of projects and ensure their followup
Ability to remain calm in complex situations
Ability to communicate with both internal and external clients
Experience in control panel design
Knowledge of Rockwell Automation programming software
Knowledge of Ignition software (an asset)
Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical software (an asset)
Knowledge of Guide Ti maintenance software (an asset)
