    Description:

    ***This position requires strong Python testing or Python QA experience preferably with automotive experience. If not automotive, Applicant needs to have experience with embedded systems. ***

    MUST HAVES:


    •Strong experience in requirements analysis, test case development, test automation scripting (python).


    •3+ years of experience in Embedded Software, preferably in AUTOMOTIVE OEM, or Tier 1,2.


    •3+ years of experience in Python, CAN, Ethernet-based libraries.


    •Experience with Vector tools (Canoe, CAPL, Canalyzer)

    Job Description :


    •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering (ECE).


    •Working knowledge of Automotive communication protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, SPI, SomeIP, Service Discovery and SOA.


    •Strong experience in requirements analysis, test case development, test automation scripting (python).


    •3+ years of experience in Embedded Software, preferably in AUTOMOTIVE OEM, or Tier 1,2.


    •3+ years of experience in Python, CAN, Ethernet-based libraries.


    •Familiar with AUTOSAR Classic abstraction concepts, ARXMLs formats, ECU Extract, RTE, port prototyping, and mocking mechanisms.


    •Experience with reading traffic logs/traces (i.e. DLT) for CAN, Ethernet, LIN PDUs, in CANoe, or similar trace tools (wireshark). Ability to decode network traffic at byte level.


    •Candidate must have strong programming skills, able to write highly portable and platform-agnostic code.


    •Proficient in Software requirements management and analysis, definition of test cases and compliance.


    •Self-reliant, proactive and approachable with good communication skills.


    •Nice to have:

    oKnowledge of functional safety (ASIL rated) components testing and validation, ISO and associated protocols/checks (i.e. E2E, CRC).

    oHands-on experience in AUTOSAR Classic software development, integration projects.

    oExperience in GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins and TestRail framework and reporting.

    oHands-on experience with Hardware-in-loop testing (HIL) for RH NXP or similar microcontroller, working knowledge of Green Hills Debugger & HW flashing.

    oExperience with test automation, Jenkins deployment.

    NICE TO HAVES :
