    Are you someone who lives and breathes all things Data and loves executing strategic initiatives? iA Dealer Services has set some exciting strategic objectives for their Business for the next few years, and we are looking for a Senior Data Modeler to drive our technology roadmap and maintain existing eco-systems in an Agile environment.

    By closely collaborating with business stakeholders and analysts, you will ensure that our data meets business requirements and aligns with our organization's strategic goals.

    Create and refine data models to accurately represent the organization's data assets and inter-relationships, based on a clear understanding of business requirements
    Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models on Power Designer
    Conduct data discovery and trace data lineage
    Manage and update a data dictionary (on Collibra), source inventories, and reference/master data sets
    Design and implementation of schemas, tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, and other database objects.
    Enforce data quality and governance to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance
    Integrate diverse data sources ensuring that data can be combined and accessed effectively
    Collaborate with data governance teams to uphold data quality, security and compliance standards within the Data Lakehouse environment.
    Provide technical guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
    Snowflake Data Warehousing
    Power BI
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in data modeling, including experience with relational, star and snowflake schemas
    Strong expertise in database design, data architecture, ETL/ELT and data warehousing (Snowflake)
    Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and other databases
    Familiarity with data integration, ETL, visualization tools
    Proficient with Data Modelling Tools
    Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and security best practices, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
    Property and Casualty insurance background is considered an asset
