Position:
Manager of Marketing

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the day to day and strategic planning of the marketing department.

In this position you will be responsible and actively work in the different facets of marketing. You will be creating the marketing strategy but also a key contributor.

Working with our Operations team, you will craft strategic messages to increase brand awareness, amplify client engagement and generate top-notch leads.

Responsibilities:

Set marketing goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for social media
Create and maintain content calendar and write content as required
Determine and track KPIs
Keep the marketing budget in check
Collaborating with sales and client success teams
Crafting and sending out NPS surveys
Create web pages and pdf proposals
Manage case study projects
Stay up to date with the latest technology and tools
Assist with the creation of client presentations that inspire
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Fundraising experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like google analytics, google adwords, and hubspot
Experience with Google Ads, Google Search Engine, Google Analytics
Skills to maintain and update company website
Ability to execute event marketing and sponsorship
