JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
- Enterprise Integration Lead drives integration program, within Enterprise Applications and
- Analytics group. BC Hydro is moving towards composable architecture where integration is one of
- strategy, establishing integration teams, practices, tools and delivery of a number of programs.
- Integration lead will operationalize refreshed integration strategy and lead the implementation of
- Manages full enterprise integration portfolio and Integration teams.
- Responsible for full lifecycle of integration from delivery to operations (following DevOps model
which form the integration teams.- Assesses opportunities, risks and approaches to continue improving integration strategy,
governance, policy and operating model.- Provides expert-level advice to BC Hydro in regards to features and capabilities of integration
tools and industry practices.- Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand business drivers and promotes pragmatic
approach to using integration as a solution to enhance business experience and increase the
- capacity to innovate.
- Analyzes complex problems and works with both internal and external sources to develop
- Ensures and maintains the operational integrity of the integration platforms and data exchanges
- Responsible for delivering robust integration solutions, aligned with the industry leading

Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a dynamic business environment including IT

- Experience working and managing a variety of integration and API Management platforms.
Experience with MuleSoft and SAP Integration Tools is an asset.- A track record of success working on large, complex technology initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, to proactively engage multiple internal/external
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
- Strong understanding of data and data models, including strict privacy and security
- Strong leadership skills. The ability to influence and motivate others, and provide direction to
DevOps experience is a bonus.
