Description
As Executive Assistant, you'll support our busy construction team.

You will act as the right hand of our Senior Vice President of Construction, coordinating calendars and meetings, planning team events and recognition, keeping administration up to date, assisting with construction metrics and analysis, and supporting project coordination activities as needed.

You are extremely organized, can juggle multiple priorities, have a can-do attitude and excel at building relationships.

You've never met a problem you couldn't solve, and you take pride in your work and how it contributes to the wider success of your team.

This role is office based and requires regular driving to construction sites throughout the lower mainland.

Who You Are


You have a valid BC drivers licence and are comfortable driving to various locations in the Lower Mainland on a weekly basis (milage is compensated).

You have previous administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry. Bonus points if you have prior experience as a project coordinator.
You have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. You know how to anticipate and proactively manage the needs of others.
You get things done quickly and take ownership of your work.

You have a strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution along with rock solid skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Finally, you are professional and can handle confidential information with discretion. You approach matters with maturity and diplomacy, are a team player, and are always striving to better your best.
