    Description

    Mechanical Maintenance Millwright - Join Our Maintenance Team in Milton

    This position is all about keeping things running smoothly at our Milton location. You'll work a continental rotating shift schedule where 12 hour shifts switch between day and night every week. Ready to take on the challenge?

    Your Role:

    • Provide mechanical and technical support to optimize production efficiency
    • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and replacements on machinery
    • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
    • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
    • Collaborate with other team members effectively

    Your Skills:

    • Hold an Ontario Millwright Licence 433A
    • Minimum Grade 12 education with mechanical or technical post-secondary training
    • At least 5 years of heavy industrial experience or completed a Canadian Apprenticeship program
    • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and safety protocols
    • Capable of making informed decisions and working with minimal supervision
    • Team player willing to work overtime when needed
    • Own a set of quality tools
