As the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Enterprise Architecture Consulting & Strategy, you will be road mapping the future in collaborative partnership with business and technology, defining solution architecture and technology strategies to meet client and enterprise requirements, and aligning with corporate strategies.

Acting as an empowering supportive guide to the enterprise architecture staff to solution for highly complex enterprise systems across the organization.

The AVP of Enterprise Architecture Consulting & Strategy provides consulting and advisory support to the organization.


How you will create impact:


  • Supportively providing seniorlevel technology expertise on business issues and contributing to initiative planning with conceptual solutions.
  • Critical evaluating solution options for complex enterpriselevel problems through obtaining input from relevant stakeholders, analysis of business, technology, and implementation factors, and developing practical recommendations supporting business objectives.
  • Advocating and sharing knowledge of new technologies and solution options that will better position the organization for the future, enhance the ability to provide outstanding stakeholder/client experience, and supports future business capabilities.
  • Facilitating and leveraging enterprise technology solutions while concurrently identifying and maximizing opportunities for reuse and consistency in technology, cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and reduction of risks.
  • Operating as a strategic partner to business, understanding business capability roadmaps, and contributing with technology expertise with applied business acumen to define IT strategic planning.
  • Communicating with clarity and influence to IT and business areas on maintaining regulatory compliant business processes and operational controls; and on researching and implementing new technology solutions for appropriateness, maturity, and strategic fit.
  • Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through the evolvement of the Applied Innovation function effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

To join our team:


  • You have 10 years of progressive IT experience including years of practice directly overseeing an architecture or solution design team.
  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology \, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or another field of study with relevant experience.
  • Having an Enterprise Architecture framework certification is an asset (ex. Zachman, TOGAF ).
  • You have expertise partnering/consulting with senior leadership, business, and IT with apt experience influencing agreements to accomplish enterprise objectives.
