The Consultation and Reconciliation Branch is looking to fill three (3) full-time regular positions.


Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must be able to travel several times per year including overnight travel

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree preferably in Indigenous studies, environmental sciences, public administration or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and programs.
  • Considerable experience reviewing, assessing and interpreting legislation/statutes/regulations and impacts to program/policy design.
  • Advanced skills and experience in project management, change management, and other strategic and longterm planning principles and practices.
  • Experience with supervising and/or mentoring/leading staff.
  • High level of political acumen, judgment, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
