We are currently searching for an experienced, professional and customer focused Operations Administrator to support our Operations team at our Moncton Regional Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Track unit turns & order supplies
  • Keep updated vendor list and assign maintenance work orders
  • Answer and redirect maintenance calls
  • Issue all purchase orders, stock orders, and monitor work orders
  • Set up vehicle maintenance
  • Organize & create scope of work for capital projects
  • Ensure updated policies are posted
  • Take minutes for Health and Safety meetings
  • Update blueprint inventory set up emergency equipment inventory list
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor with other administrative duties, as required

Qualifications:


  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Must have a strong administrative background with high attention to detail
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools, high level of Excel competency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, multitasking environment
  • Keen focus on internal and external client satisfaction and process improvement
  • Prior property management experience would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Yardi, or similar capital processing system would be an asset
