We are currently searching for an experienced, professional and customer focused Operations Administrator to support our Operations team at our Moncton Regional Office.
Responsibilities:
- Track unit turns & order supplies
- Keep updated vendor list and assign maintenance work orders
- Answer and redirect maintenance calls
- Issue all purchase orders, stock orders, and monitor work orders
- Set up vehicle maintenance
- Organize & create scope of work for capital projects
- Ensure updated policies are posted
- Take minutes for Health and Safety meetings
- Update blueprint inventory set up emergency equipment inventory list
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with other administrative duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Must have a strong administrative background with high attention to detail
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools, high level of Excel competency
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, multitasking environment
- Keen focus on internal and external client satisfaction and process improvement
- Prior property management experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of Yardi, or similar capital processing system would be an asset
