    Description
    Our client is searching for a Junior Accountant to join their team.

    This role will be responsible for managing all financial transaction, manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory management and purchasing, and back deposits.

    Enter new inventory items
    Review and process job costing in projects in the company ERP
    GL updates and reconciliation of accounts
    Data entry of invoices and managing inquiries
    Bookkeeping tasks up to preparation of statements
    Work directly with IT outsourcing contacts to resolve any issues
    General office management
    Experience working with an ERP system is an asset
    ~ Excellent Excel abilities
    ~ Adaptability and a strong attention to detail and a high level of tolerance in an open in-office role.
