- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service flow and consistent food quality standards
- Plan and manage staff schedules based on business volume, peak hours, and operational needs to control labour costs
- Supervise, train, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations, providing feedback and guidance to improve productivity and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and oversee ordering of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies to minimize waste and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety standards and workplace safety requirements
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, taking appropriate action to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in business planning and cost control, including monitoring revenues, expenses, and operational efficiency to support profitability
