    Hub Climbing Markham is an indoor rock-climbing gym designed for climbers at every level, from beginners to experts.

    Our Markham location is currently seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Supervising, training, and evaluating new and senior staff
    • Coordinating special event planning for events hosted by the gym
    • Testing climbing routes and providing feedback
    • Auditing and resolving facility issues
    • Collaborating with other locations for route setting and strategic planning
    • Communicating with facility Directors and Managers

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years experience with Rock Gym Pro (RGP) software
    • Minimum 2 years of management, supervisor, and route setting experience
    • Minimum 1 year of coaching experience with adults and teenagers
    • Ability to lift 60-80 lbs for route setting and facility management tasks
