- Reviewing of contractors' work for conformance with contract documents.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Advising the Contract Administrator on Contractors' method(s) of construction and progress.
- Change Order(s), daily construction photos, and other required documentation.
- Review of Contractors' compliances with Health and Safety practices.
- Participates in review of submittals.
- Maintain Submittals, RFI and coordinate with engineering team for inputs.
- Good technical writing skills along with a good command of English language in both written and verbal capacities.
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated working experience on construction sites preferably with rail corridors and transit facilities experience.
- P.Eng. or OAA or C.E.T designation, or Accredited Architectural or Building Technologist, licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario.
- Experience in construction administration and review to ensure adherence to contract documents, plans and specifications.
- Conduct field inspections of engineering designs.
- Ability to carry out all quality assurance and quality control functions to confirm contractor's adherence to the construction contract documents.
