You as a Service Manager will:

  • Entry into software and manage all preventive maintenance schedules then direct the work.
  • Equipment is repaired efficiently and effectively, taking corrective action, as necessary.
  • Plan, organize, administer, review and evaluated all equipment procedures and service staff.
  • Create a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance inspections for all equipment.
  • Receive service calls, dispatch technicians and document service calls.
  • Coordinate service calls between technicians and clients.
  • Prepare warranty registrations and claims.
  • Create, review, approve & close all work orders, enter data & invoice to clients.
  • Set up and maintain equipment parts (new & existing) in Texada system.
  • Maintain and review inventory records class/group and rental rates.
  • Set up and track inventory and parts track used inventory overall inventory control.
  • Continued system administration and updates review vendors, customer files
  • Manage equipment & part refurbishments (Such as motors, safety devices, etc).
  • Review returned equipment and assess for damages
  • Coordinate with various yards for equipment inventory before erection
  • Keep track of bulk equipment inventory (Crane & Hoist towers, etc)
  • Maintain and complete all equipment certifications, inspections

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have a strong understanding about machinery and servicing heavy equipment
  • Good customer facing skills
  • Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of Inventory Management systems
  • Ability to work within Microsoft Office, high focus on excel
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume work environment
