We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Typical Day in Role:

Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners (Requirements Traceability matrix (RTMs), User Stories, Use Case, etc.) for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms (Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
Map business processes and roles to activities (workflow diagrams, Responsible, Accountable, Informed matrix (RACI), etc.)
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions
Support change management for marketing platforms
Support user prevision and management

1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
2) 5+ years' experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms
3) 3+ years' experience with system security requirements
4) 1+ years' experience working with Adobe Experience Platform
5) 2+ years' experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze - please list which)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager)
2) Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture
3) Experience with WebServices

RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)
OpenAPI, , databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0

4) Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements

Soft Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills
Stakeholder management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in technical field preferred - working experience more important

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Salary:
$60.00-$70.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
