RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Respond to GXP requests to stock and replace missing bar cart items; liquor, snacks, glassware, menus, etc.
  • Inspect and clean the bar cart in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
  • Maintain, track and submit bar cart usage to the front desk for for billing.
  • Responsible for maintaining the bar cart storage area in terms of par stock, rotating stock, organization and cleanliness.
  • Ensure products on bar cart are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism at all times.
  • Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
  • Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms; notifying the department head when ordering is necessary.
  • Report all concerns to management including any guest issues.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be 18 years of age for the purpose of handling alcohol.
  • Must be able to learn and use GXP system daily to perform duties.
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, prioritize, organize and follow up.
  • Must be able to meet requirements of the physical demands analysis pushing heavy carts, lifting cases of product up to 50lbs, standing and walking for 5 hours at a time, bending, twisting, etc.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and respond to guests.
  • Use good judgement, follow directions, understand a guest's needs and provide flawless service with mínimal supervision.
