About the role:

  • Support Client Solutions in the marketing of private infrastructure to clients in institutional and HNW channels. Strong level of investment knowledge and of the client/consultant base. Act as a Client Care product lead for Private Infrastructure to be point person for CS Officers/other internal clients.**What You'll Do:

Marketing Materials & Standard Reporting

  • Actively involved in content creation and supports the execution of the marketing strategy. Prepares and/or interprets associated analysis and communicates results effectively.
  • Manages prospective and existing clients' requests for information.
  • Distribution of welcome packs, standard reporting, formal communication.


  • Client/Prospect Engagement

  • RFPs, Due Diligence, Requests
  • Project manages RFPs, DDQ responses, and operational due diligence meeting materials by establishing and managing timelines, leading a kickoff meeting with all participating teams to establish responsibilities, submitting drafts for manager/investment team approval, facilitating the compliance review process, finalizing the document and submitting to client.
  • Actively ensures updates to the RFP response database. If acting as Client Care product lead, takes full ownership of product language in RFP database.
  • Key contact for daytoday client queries.

Client Onboarding, KYC/DCC, stakeholder management

  • With guidance, may support onboarding process, including client 'handover' from CS Officer to Client Care and walk through of subscription and KYC process.
  • May facilitate introductions to relevant parties including legal and third parties (transfer agents, administrators, custodians ) and monitor progress throughout.
  • May instruct transfer agent for new client onboarding, providing relevant details, as well as timing of period reviews and monitor progress.
  • Reports progress to Head of Infrastructure Client Solutions.

Relevant Processes

  • Support the organization of webcasts, quarterly/annual meetings and advisory boards, including coordination and/or preparation of associated materials.
  • Facilitate client onboarding by acting as a central liaison supporting the client, fund teams, Client Solutions, Legal, Administrators and other stakeholders ensuring a timely and efficient process.
  • Salesforce platform management: dashboards, content, tracking, closings & pipeline, and contacts. Ensure Client Solutions and Fund expectations are aligned.
  • May participate in client meetings, events, conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring sign off by compliance of marketing materials.
  • Responsible for keeping compliance with company policies and marketing standards.
  • Assists with ensuring fund specific content is added to the Knowledge Center and plays and active role in drafting updated and new language. Ensures sign off on content by Head of Infrastructure Client Solutions and Compliance.

Client Solutions Integration

  • Support broader Client Solutions team with ongoing initiatives aimed at aligning processes, bringing efficiencies etc. Initiates ideas to improve processes across the wider team and may lead efforts to execute a solution.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the wider platform through participation in company projects, calls, working groups or other initiatives.
  • Works with wider Client Care team to provide consistency of approach across funds and streamline processes.

Management/Supervisory Elements

  • Mentoring and coaching more junior teammates.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consisted with the company's RISE values.
  • Responsible for setting personal and some department deadlines.

What You'll Need

  • Solid written, verbal communication skills. Solid organizational, analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to interact comfortably with various levels of the organization and effectively present information.
  • Requires strong knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to understand and calculate key figures such as IRR, MOIC, DPI, etc.
  • Requires intermediate knowledge of investment management industry, preferably with specific emphasis on the infrastructure asset class and private markets. Some understanding of regulatory guidelines and the institutional investment marketplace. Ability to interpret information from complex documents. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills, problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with mínimal supervision. Ability to write reports, manuals, RFPs, and articles to a good standard without heavy editing. Strong in Microsoft Office suite.
