- Responsible for daily processing of orders, receiving and shipping duties.
- Answer phone calls in a timely and appropriate manner to provide sales, price quote, and other information.
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers. Communicate with and support other dealership personnel and departments in a professional and efficient manner.
- Memory requirement for product codes and placement within the warehouse
- Pull and fill orders from stock.
- Notifies parts administrator of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Operate non-powered material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Responsible for cores, warranties and new part returns as per department policies and procedures with the support of the department manager.
- Participate in all training and development programs that are made available and attend all department meetings.
- Report all safety concerns and incidents to your Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Assist in maintaining Elite Support areas of the department are clean, organized, and maps are relevant and up to date.5S audits are completed a continuous improvement culture.
- Other duties as required.
- Able to operate a forklift is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate department demands.
- Ability to lift to approx. 60 Lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be sales driven, organized, and self-motivated.
