Opportunities for career development. Fun and inclusive cultureDue to continual growth, we are on the search for All Levels Parts Technicians who will be responsible for ordering, warehousing, inventory control, price quoting, and sales of parts while providing exceptional customer service
KEY POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for daily processing of orders, receiving and shipping duties
- Answer phone calls in a timely and appropriate manner to provide sale, price quote, and other information
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers. Communicate with and support other dealership personnel and departments in a professional and efficient manner
- Memory requirement for product codes and placement within the warehouse
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Notifies parts administrator of outofstock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Operate nonpowered material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Responsible for cores, warranties and new part returns as per department policies and procedures with the support of the department manager
- Participate in all training and development programs that are made available and attend all department meetings
- Report all safety concerns and incidents to your Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Assist in maintaining Elite Support certification
- All areas of the department are clean, organized, and safe
- Shine maps are relevant and up to date
- 5S audits are completed monthly
- Cultivate a continuous improvement culture
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to operate a forklift is an asset
- Journeyman Certificate Required
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to multitask while working in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate department demands
- Ability to lift to approx. 60 Lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be sales driven, organized, and selfmotivated
