Description

The Product Manager will drive the prioritization, user story development, and business case development.

The role will work closely with the agile development team that is responsible for delivering RPA solutions that drive operations efficiency, fuel the growth engine for Entertainment Partners.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that user stories and story cards are properly prioritized, thoroughly defined and prepared in a timely manner to ensure efficient and quality agile sprints and product releases.

The Product Manager will work with designated RPA Platform Owner to prioritize work, Scrum Master, technology teams, operations team, internal stakeholders to address issues, and ensure business sponsors' needs are met.

Responsibilities.
Works with Tech team and business stakeholders (and, when needed, Operations teams) to understand business requirements, processes, and challenges.

Liaison between business stakeholders and the Tech team to define RPA solutions that will alleviate the business challenges - facilitate the tech team to develop technological solutions by translating business problems into business requirements.

Lead and coordinate the implementation of business processes and required business changes to effectively operationalize capability.

Write detailed process design documents (PDDs) for individual RPA solutions and provide input for solution design documents (SDDs)Develop product strategies for individual RPA solutions in collaboration with the RPA Platform owner, Solution Architect for continuous improvements and enhancements in support of evolving business needs.

Validate RPA solutions to solve business problems per stakeholder requirements. Estimate costs and benefits and develop business cases for investment approvals by executives.

Provides deep insights into operational processes, policies, procedures, and protocols to engage the Operations team or business process owners to ensure RPA solutions are successfully operationalized.

Key Qualifications
Should have wide exposure to handling ambiguous situations including complex matrix interactions and ability to drive through tough situations
Strong interpersonal skills; works well on small teams as well as with all levels of internal management and staff
Must be highly aware of the market trends and can research/evaluate alternative technologies, strong analytic skills
Experience in RPA solutions, strong technical acumen
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Good communication skills (both written and verbal), exposure to handling ambiguous situations including complex matrix interactions and ability to drive through tough situations
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong listening skills and proven ability to stay organized
Good judgement and able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Jira or other software development issue tracking tool is a plus
Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
